Who?  What?  Where?  When?

Camp Claire is a full service, day & overnight, co-ed summer camp for children entering grades 2-9.  We are an independent, non-profit organization open to all without regard to race, creed, color, or national origin. Realizing that life away from home is an important part of a camp experience, Camp Claire has dedicated cabin counselors, whose responsibilities include residential life. Serving in a parental role, they are good listeners who offer encouragement for campers' emotional and social needs. They also maintain close contact with the Camp Administration and are aware of campers' needs.

Learning is Never-Ending
Our campers and counselors share an abundance of intangibles - friendship, trust, encouragement, and the adventure of learning. Our counselors work hard to create an atmosphere of interactive learning, and enliven activities with hands-on experiences. In small, participatory classes, campers exchange ideas, listen to others, and learn to justify their opinions and reach their own conclusions. Great emphasis is placed on teamwork and cooperation.

Camp Claire is intentionally small and holds a special concern for the unique gifts and individual needs of each camper. Personalized attention, daily counselor support, and structured programming contribute to campers' personal growth.
