Scott has been the cook at Camp Claire for many years.  He is a chef and has owned and
operated his own restaurants.  We are very spoiled at Camp Claire when it comes to food.
Scott is a natural in the kitchen and with the campers and staff.  He has also done a great job
coordinating with our Camp Nurse when we have specialized medical diets for campers.
Beyond the kitchen and lodge Scott is a great member of the Camp Claire staff.
